We may use aggregated and/or anonymized data, which does not directly identify you, to train and improve our AI and predictive analytics models. No personally identifiable information (e.g., founder names, phone numbers) are revealed in AI outputs.

4.2 No Retrospective Removal

If you request the deletion of your data, we will cease using your personal data for new model training. However, existing AI models developed prior to your request may continue to incorporate insights derived from your anonymized data.

We may process and store your personal data on servers located in the United States, Singapore and/or other countries. In doing so, we will comply with the PDPA, GDPR (where applicable), and any other relevant data protection laws. Where a transfer of personal data outside the United States or Singapore or the EU/EEA occurs, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard comparable to the PDPA and GDPR (e.g., contractual agreements or other legally enforceable mechanisms).

When founders upload company or personal data to the Platform and share it with investors or other partners, Hatcher Score does not control how those third parties handle such data once it has been shared. You acknowledge that Hatcher Score is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and their use of any data they access.

Depending on the extent of your withdrawal, we may no longer be able to provide certain services to you.
